A global professional services firm needed leaders who could create the conditions for safe and effective generative AI adoption. Learning Tree designed an ongoing series of 90-minute, facilitator-led sessions for busy directors and partners.
Rather than focusing on tool instruction, the program addressed leadership judgment, direction-setting, visible role modeling, and explicit trade-offs among speed, ethics, quality, and trust. Scenario-based discussions and GenAI adoption personas helped leaders recognize their adoption styles, anticipate team needs, and reduce uncertainty.
